The insider who cracked the code and is now handing you the blueprint.
I’m Latoya Baldwin, HR executive by day, career hype woman by calling.
For over 15 years, I’ve sat inside the rooms where career decisions are made. I’ve helped build leadership pipelines, shape billion-dollar teams, and coach executives on who’s “ready” for the next move.
I’ve also watched brilliant women get skipped over again and again. Not because they lacked talent, but because no one ever taught them how to move differently. So I built what I wish existed.

The moment that
changed everything…
I still remember the day I realized working harder wasn’t going to get me promoted. I was the go-to. The fixer. The one they trusted. But when the promotion conversation came up?
I wasn’t even mentioned.
That moment lit a fire in me, not just to rise, but to make sure other women rose with me. I studied the game behind the game. I paid attention to what actually moves careers forward. And then I started coaching other women to do the same.
I’ve seen the most brilliant women shrink in rooms they were born to lead. Not because they weren’t ready, but because they didn’t know the rules.
What I know for sure:
- Good girls don’t always get promoted.
- Excellence doesn’t speak for itself.
- And visibility? It’s a strategy.

I've helped women land
25k-50k raises...
pivot into new industries, and walk into rooms they once thought were off limits. I’m not here to play small. And I’m guessing you’re not either.
Who I am beyond the resume:
I’m a mom to a bold, beautiful daughter named Taylor Grace. Together, we co-authored Kiara and Her Invisible Crown, because legacy matters.
I’m the woman dancing barefoot in her living room one minute and closing high-stakes strategy sessions the next.
I believe in divine timing, calculated moves, and career paths that feel as good as they look on paper.
